Hello Grade 5

Welcome to Grade 5, 2020-2021

I’m so excited to welcome you all to our class for the academic year of 2020-2021.

This year, Grade 5 will strive to “Commit to Excellence” at all times.

Excellence will be applied to academic aspects including but not limited to our way of thinking, learning and planning. The classroom blog has been setup to support your child’s learning. It is a valuable resource which I hope you will encourage your children to use on a regular basis. Announcements on Dojo will be made when an update to the blog has been made.

I am looking forward to working with all of my students this year as we work to share our thoughts. This particular blog will be an extension of everything that we do in our class. Whether in written, audio, or video format, we will share our personal reflections. Through this process, I hope that we all are able to strengthen and hone our communication skills through different mediums, dig deeper into content and keep informed about all of the great things happening in our classroom.

Be sure to check back often to keep up with the latest.  Students are encouraged to comment and give feedback on posts. Your comments will be monitored before going live.
